    My little dogs smelled so bad when I picked them up I had to drive home with windows down. Their blankets had vomit and poop on them and they were sick with diarrhea for days plus one has a cold. Never again!!!!!

    My dog stayed there a couple days over Thanksgiving break and while I was so nervous to leave him since I always take him when I travel, everything went so well. I knew multiple people that said Diamond Kennels is amazing and they wouldn’t take their pet anywhere else. I was given a tour of the facility beforehand and everything was SO immaculate. I thought “do animals really stay here? It’s so clean and nice.” And yes there were dogs there - some even living in luxury with their own TV and daybed. I dealt with multiple different people and every person was just as nice as the last person. I’m sure if my dog could talk, he’d give it two paws up.

    Front office manager rude Front office needs people to answer phones I scheduled well in advance for a stay with grooming to find out by calling they probably wouldn’t be able to groom as scheduled. Spoke with (owner) explained staff was rude and they stated they could not keep grooming appointment that I had made weeks prior. Jeremy said I was free to cancel my boarding. Lol As if I didn’t know that. After a lengthy conversation with him explaining they fired several bathers and their main groomer ( who was excellent) wasn’t happy with his decision-quit. He couldn’t promise grooming but would try. I thought I’d give him a chance to make it right. Picked up our dog after 14 days. The paperwork stated grooming and shed control was done 2 days prior. My dog had a terrible odor, loose hair all around his checks and top of his head. Dew claws not touched. I called back and asked to speak with Owner again. I explained I was glad they scheduled him after all and listed the problems. No apology just to say MY DOG IS NOT WELCOME THERE ANYMORE! What a nutty business owner I explained I would leave a review His response i reply to the reviews. That’s fine I said lol Within an hour Jeremy called back saying he checked on a few things and decided to refund my grooming fee of $130. Today my dog had a vet appointment where they trimmed his dew claws. We brushed him and sprayed deodorizer on him. I see why the good groomer quit. Diamond Kennels has management issues for sure. They are unreasonable and rude. The staff caring for my dog have always been awesome though. Bottom line-they screw up and if you bring it to their attention they don’t want you back There prerogative but shows bad business practice in my opinion.
