    Service was excellent. Tech Stephen was on time, professional, friendly, and willing to answer my questions and explain everything about our AC. Last year tech Tim came out quickly for a service call on a very cold day when our furnace quit working due to a bird that got in the flue exhaust pipe. He worked hard to clean out and get it going and the charge was reasonable! 10+ for Columbus Comfort.

    Our air conditioner stopped working on June 2nd 2003 at around 5 pm. We had out of state family members that just arrived at our condo at 4 pm. The outside temperature was 92 degrees. I called Columbus Comfort Heating and Cooling's 24 hour emergency number. They answered immediately, and dispatched a service repair staff member to our house within an hour. Mike arrived, and fixed our air conditioner in about 45 minutes. Mike was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company .

    Columbus Comfort Heating and Cooling are exceptional. I called Monday evening because my AC quit working. Bo came out the next day and diagnosed the problem as the blowing motor was out. He left to get the part and returned an hour later. He did the repair and got it working. Bo was professional and courteous. The office staff were also very polite and helpful. Overall a great experience. I highly recommend this company.
