    Bought a set of 4 tires approximately 5 months ago. The 2 front tires are bad and they state that they are not bad so they won't exchange them. The tires have a 80000 mile non pro rated warranty

    Customer was told about the program we offer that comes with awesome warranties. They only wanted to pay cash which comes with no warranties through us directly only warranty would be the manufacture warranty that would have to be submitted through manufacture. This was stated to them several times as we try to get everyone on the program so they can enjoy our awesome warranties.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I was not told about there only being warranties on anything except the manufacturers warranty when paying cash. I was instead told that the tires had a 80,000 mile warranty which the refused to honor. I was told further that the tire purchase would come with road side assistance and non pro rated warranty within the 80,000 miles. The wanted me to believe that my car needing an alignment was why the tires that weren't bad were vibrating alot when driving down the road. I payed for a 4 wheel alignment at the same time as my tire purchase.  They should have at least replaced the bad tires under warranty instead they said they would not be able to since I payed cash. Which means the tires do in fact not have a 80,000 mile warranty. In that case they out right lied about the warranty or refuse to admit that the tires are in fact bad. This a business that's taking advantage of me because I payed cash even though they never informed me I would be on my own if the tires turned out to be junk.

    In Mar I bought tires from RNR Tire Express. Last week My bank account was overdrawn,
    RNR Tire Express withdrew $246.55 from my account for a payment. I originally paid 90 days for the same as cash. I called them They told me to come down & they would give me the cash. Wed 7-26 they didn't have the cash. I went back on Thurs 7-27 they did not have the cash again. I thought I had been talking to a manager. They started ignoring my calls. Sending me to Voice mail.
    Every time I talk to someone they smirk & laugh about my situation. When I called with a different ph# they automatically picked up my call. I finally got a hold of the assistant manager & he said this was the first time he was learning about this. He offered a gas card. This was beyond a gas card at this time. He offered the District mgr #. He doesn't know anything either. I feel they are playing games with me. They say someone will call me back & no one ever calls me back. I want my $246.55 back & some gas cards given to me for this disrespect & back business practices. That they were being racially discriminating ignoring my calls & situation. I paid org. $800+ for my tires & I want at least 1/2 of that given to me in a refund for this terrible, embarrassing situation.
