I had 14 windows replaced and I’m completely happy with the windows and installation. The guys were very professional and very competent, and took great care not to damage any and cleaned up both inside and outside. They were also really nice! The windows look great and work perfectly. Definitely recommend this company!

Purchasing windows for your home is serious business...and you will be spending serious money. I met with no less than four different window companies before making a final decision - that is a major investment in time, let me tell you. Some of those presentations were THREE hours long. In the end, it was an obvious choice between two companies - Window Universe and one other company. That's when I checked out online reviews...and then I visited the Window Universe office in Lakewood. From there, it was an easy decision. I can't recall reading a bad review. Usually you can find your 5-10% of customers who are unhappy about life in general...but those folks weren't out there. Everyone raved about Window Universe. And the salesmen were all so laid back and seemingly honest - they trusted the product and let it sell itself. I had heard the presentations from "the other guys" who had a price tag that was 4x the Window Universe price...and I just wasn't feeling it. I wasn't about to drop $30k on windows when WU offered a quality product with a lifetime warranty, as well. Fast forward to today...two days after the work was completed. Communication during the ordering and manufacturing process was fantastic (thank you, Ellie), and the guys that did the installation were top notch. I felt bad - they showed up early and stayed late - and never took a break or ate lunch. I felt compelled to bring donuts and to run to Starbuck's for a box of coffee to keep them going in the cold and rainy weather, but they didn't mind at all - they were like the Energizer Bunny. Laughing. So I'm very happy with the entire process...from the sales (Chad), to updates (Ellie), to all the guys that did the installation (there are too many names to mention - I wish I could remember everyone!). As I mentioned at the beginning of this review - ordering windows for an entire home is nerve-wracking...but Window Universe made it easy...and they really came through for us. 5-star review, for sure!Window Universe Cleveland, LLC

True craftspeople installed my door and windows and I didn't even have to vacuum as they cleaned up and left spotless. Definitely using them for the back next year.Window Universe Cleveland, LLC

Just had WU replace a French door with a sliding glass door. We had our house built in 2013 and the builders didn't cover the outer frame with aluminum clad so there was wood rot in the door frame. WU replaced the wood frame sealed everything up nicely including aluminum clad outside. The door slides smoothly and the screen door frame is sturdier than any sliding screen door I've had in the past or used at anyone else's house. WU also replaced 5 original contractor windows for us in January which was also a big improvement in climate control and smooth operation. We will have our remaining 10 windows done by WU in the future.Window Universe Cleveland, LLC

Tremendous experience with Window Universe. From quoting, measuring, and through install, the process was extremely smooth. My daughter has some asthma sensitivities and they were even able to schedule around us being out of town so my daughter wasn’t around during install. That was a huge peace of mind for us. The install crew was extremely kind and did a great job keeping things clean before and after install. The windows themselves are terrific. We hired Windows Universe last year to install 17 windows at our home and they did a great job. This year we decided to replace three additional windows, in our garage, and did not hesitate to call them again. Their work and craftsmanship is outstanding. When they came out to measure and give us an estimate, they were prompt, polite and on schedule. They kept us informed each week with an update as our windows were being manufactured.
