    Payment was $375, but this was after he found out I was working with a warranty company. He initially stated he charges a fee of $120 for diagnosis, and will not charge to clear drains if it can be fixed at that time. Once he found out I was working with warranty company, said I owe him $375 and warranty would reimburse me.

    When leaving after service, asked him to provide an invoice so I could request reimbursement. He sent an unprofessional email and said that is what he does for invoices. The warranty company would not accept it.

    Following dates, I requested a proper invoice via text and email: 2/10, 2/12, 2/13

    2/13 My warranty company called him for me


    2/13 Received invoice after many excuses and requests to send it

    warranty company then says they can only reimburse me $265 for this job

    Contacted following dates to request reimbursement of $120, since he admitted to overcharging me $255 (total of $375) for a $120 job so he could try to take advantage of my warranty company: 2/20, 2/21, 2/25

    she paid cash and did receive an invoice for the work that was done. If she wasn't happy with the price why didn't she tell me the day she paid for it.

    Answer to defendant’s question answered in complaint. Price paid at service was paid in good faith upon contractor’s demand to take advantage of the warranty company (pending reimbursement) after stating before that it would be $120.
