    I hired Scott Bauer Roofing put a new roof and new gutters on my home. The roof included 3 flat roofs. They put the wrong gutters on(5 inch gutters instead of 6 inch gutters) because Brent Bauer, who was in charge at the time, didn’t order the right gutters. All three flat roofs leaked worse after they installed the new flat roofs. It has been two years and they have to replace the rear flat roof again. My concern is the flat roofs not being right for the last 2 years and what kind of water damage my home has sustained as a result. Communication with them has been inconsistent because I have had 4 different people in charge of this job.

    Hey there, 

    The original complaint was based on their flat roof that was originally leaking (why they called in to begin with) continued leaking after we installed the new material. There were also some concerns they had with their gutters. We went back out and replaced the flat roof entirely all the way down to the framing of the home as it was exposed from inside the house. We also installed all new gutters and guards on the property to the homeowners liking. I have attached a surplus of photos to of the new installation and communication threads between the homeowner and myself to show status of this process.  Some of the areas they originally submitted were already rotten at time of original inspection. Leaking could have caused some additional rot, however we fixed all areas we originally completed for the homeowner.
