  Would give 0 stars if possible. We were lied to and told we had asbestos. He demanded and told us he needed 50% up front to secure a date and the other 50% done when the job was complete . We found out later after sending our own test sample in that we in fact do NOT have asbestos and we were lied to. Now we are blocked on all points of contact. Refuses to refund even though he said he would get a cashiers check for a refund. Then lied about his father dying in the recent tornados. We are out ALOT of money. All we want is our money back. But we can't even contact him. We sent a letter from our attorney and he still refuses to contact. Do not work with this company. They will not follow through and if they get money up front they will not come back and finish a job. Bobby is nothing but a liar and will say anything for a dollar but never work for it. After the deposit was made he told us he was on vacation with the family .. I'm sure that's where our money went!

  Unfulfilled Commitments and Lack of Accountability with BP Renovations
  Our experience with BP Renovations turned out to be a frustrating rollercoaster of unmet expectations and unprofessional conduct. Initially, Bobby P***** responded promptly to our request for basement finishing, offering a fair quote despite limited online reviews. Encouraged by positive feedback, we hired him for the job. However, what started promisingly soon turned into a regrettable situation.
  Bobby and his crew initially worked efficiently, displaying courtesy and making progress on the paid tasks. Unfortunately, a complication arose with the waterproofing from a previous contractor, requiring collaboration to rectify the issue. This unforeseen setback meant paying Bobby twice for essentially the same work, as he had to undo completed tasks to address the waterproofer's errors.
  Despite this, we extended additional work and even recommended him to our neighbor for a significant kitchen remodel. The understanding was that he would return to finish our basement after completing our neighbor's project. Regrettably, once the neighboring project concluded in mid-October, our expectations were met with negligence.
  Repeated assurances from Bobby about his return to complete our basement were empty promises. He consistently failed to show up, offering no explanation or communication. The situation escalated when he stopped responding, blocked our calls, and ignored our request for a refund. Six months after our initial engagement, we find ourselves with unfinished work, a depleted budget, and wasted time.
  Our advice based on this disappointing experience is to exercise caution when considering BP Renovations and Bobby P***** for any projects. We strongly discourage interactions with them, as our encounter resulted in a loss of patience, time, and money that we wouldn't want others to endure.
