    Be prepared to be treated like you are nobody, they do not care about their customers, Debbie's Husband came out to my rental home to "fix" my HVAC unit, they did a complete hack, took a communicating system and bypassed it, now the system hardly cools at all, blows hardly any air at all. Debbie's husband as I will refer to him because he wasn't even friendly enough to introduce himself got in my face when I told him we would not be having a conversation about the conversation I had with his wife when I told her this whole situation was F**ing Ridiculous, because it is, took them 3 months to hack it and then be wrong and try and convince others its right. This guy belittled me, degraded me, and told me I was "Mental" because I am an Army Veteran. Do not use these bullies, if I were the homeowner I would never use them, they also recorded inside the house illegally and incriminated themselves because the guy threatened me in the video. Pretty unreal all around, nobody should go through something like this. The entire process I was told I am just the tenant and was hung up on, ignored, I actually called Debbie on a different line, and she picked up immediately where she was ignoring my calls, since I am just the tenant. This company is a joke! We are moving forward with legal action since they gave us the video evidence, along with the house cameras that were recording. So, they are rude, terrible at communicating, and if you call them out, they will not try and explain they will just get aggressive.
