    Bought a nission exterra 4 wheel drive about a mounth ago.The car needed repair to get road worthy.I paid for car and (Bo) owner towed it to my house.He then handed me a title that needed to be notorized but it was to late so he said he would take care of it and give it to me.Afer two weeks I called told him car was running I need title and was told was not notorized yet, turns out car was not even in their name.Now he is just jerking me around and Im out 800 dollars for car,200dollars in parts and 30 hours labor for a car I cant drive.

    The owner while installing a new engine into my 2017 Ford Escape through window admitted he cracked my windshield. He (Richard ***** owner) has not returned any of my calls or texts all of January 2025. I have had my vehicle since November 5th 2024. I dropped my vehicle off about 2 times on an agreed time and date without it being worked on causing me to spend money on ride shares. He also did not install the exhaust gasket and stated “it’s sitting on a shelf somewhere”, which is part of the warranty service. He was giving bad timelines and bad communication. The crack in the windshield started from the passenger side at the very bottom but due to winter and road conditions, it streaked upwards and is now on both sides of the windshield sort of obstructing my view to operate the vehicle.
