My main concern is to warn others not to trust this company. A salesman from Ecoshield Pest Control came to the door on 4/28/25. I agreed to have my house and the house I own next door done for $199 and he said I could cancel the contract after two applications. Ecoshield would not honor the contract and I sent a cancellation email, I have attached a copy of the email. After sending the attached email, Ecoshield said I would have to pay an early termination fee and said they would do my second treatment for $99. Since their salesman said I could cancel after two treatments, I agreed to have the second treatment done. Now I'm trying to cancel and they are saying there will be an early termination fee again, that my contract says 5 treatments. I wasn't given a hard copy of the contract, just that I would be emailed the contract. When I click on the link that was provided it says "Link Disabled". I'm assuming they disabled the link to the original contract since they weren't honoring it, the original contract that I signed had both addresses (**** and ****) listed for service.

On 8/21/2025, our office reached out to ***** ******* via phone. We spoke to her about the accounts in question. We came to a resolution that she can in fact cancel, and waived the early cancellation fee. There was a miscommunication between the sales rep, and the customer. She did mention not being able to reach our office line, and we made sure she had the proper number if she needs it in the future. The customer is happy, and mentioned responding to BBB with a positive reply as well.

We were approached by a door to door salesman from the company. We agreed to one year of quarterly "complete" treatments starting April 2025. We received two treatments, exterior only, and were billed for complete treatments. Complete treatments include the garage and interior. I cancelled the service before the third treatment, and am being billed for the remaining two treatments since we are cancelling within the year.
