  I am very pleased with the service ************** provided me today in sorting out my clogged sink and garbage disposal. ******* my plumber was very friendly, polite, on time and super efficient. I was so pleased with him that I gave him an additional job while here ( flushing out my boiler ). Highly recommended company with fair pricing and high efficiency.A++++++++

  ***** and ****** came out to install our shower/tub fixtures. It was not an easy task but they did the install and cleaned up. They were very friendly and professional. We will definitely be using them again and recommending them to family and friends.

  The original installed PVC Pipe Hangers from 25 years ago broke causing the 4" PVC Sanitary Drain Piping in my basement to break and fall to the basement floor spewing sewage all over late Saturday evening 03/11/2023. We were unable to use any of the toilets, showers, sinks because of this. I called ******************************* who came out that evening and worked to about 4:00 AM cleaning and sanitizing the basement; so that, I could try to get a Plumber to come and repair the broken Sanitary Drain. We Called AK Waterworks Sunday 03/12/2023 about noon. We were told that they would have a crew out to our home in about an hour, which they did. AK dispatched ************, *** and ****, who showed up as promised. These two gentlemen sized up the situation, made a list of materials and told me they would be back in about an hour to begin replacing the drain line. *** and **** returned and immediately went to work. They replaced approximately 50 ft. of 4" pipe and installed new metal pipe supports, replacing the broken PVC ones. As *** and **** began replacing the piping, they realized the the original pipe had been installed with a bow or belly in the piping and the piping did not have the proper slope and actually ran level or slightly uphill where the drain exited the other end of my home's basement to run to the main sewer. *** and **** determined that they would have to lower the the elevation of the pipe where it exited the basement in order to maintain the proper slope on the pipe as it traveled across the basement. *** and **** worked until about 8:00 PM and were able temporarily tie the new piping in; so that we could use the bathrooms until the next day when *** and ***** came back, dug to expose the sanitary drain pipe outside, chiseled the block; in order to lower the pipe as it passed out of the basement; in order, to have the correct slope or fall on the pipe in the basement. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ***, ****,& *****, EXCELLENT JOB, HARD WORKERS.
