      OBM has a very hands-off "we won't talk if you don't ask" process for finalizing a lease and service agreement with them. Their Service Agreement contract enables them to auto-issue renewals for their services for 2-years at a time when your agreement ends. They fail to alert you about this as your lease agreement nears its end. They do backflips to push you to buy UP to the next machine lease and agreement with them. We have used OBM for two or three 39 month lease agreements = about 102 months. Any non-asked for help with information for finalizing = NO Any help with letting us know the details of the end of service contract = NO Asking us to buy up so a Sales person can go on vacation = YES I am truly disheartened that we continued using their services for so long.
