- Owner agrees to pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the total boarding fee for the reserved boarding period should cancellation occur less than 48 hours prior to arrival at Sharon’s TLC Pet Cottage, LLC.All holiday/peak time reservations will require a non-refundable reservation fee of 50% for the reserved boarding period.Holiday reservation fees will be credited to your account if cancellation occurs 7 days prior to your reserved check in date.ALL OTHER HOLIDAY /PEAK TIME DEPOSITS ARE FINAL AND DEEMED NON-REFUNDABLE.All days reserved during holiday/peak times will need to be paid in full regardless if trip is shortened.
