    Please do not use this business for your irrigation needs. In 2023, I went with this company to install the irrigation system for my lawn, with a water deduct meter. Their quote was the lowest and they came and installed it, though I had to wait a couple of months. This was Fall of 2023. This is when the problems started. 1. They did not route my outdoor spigots through the water deduct meter. The pipes for the spigots are right by the water deduct meter. 2. They did not install the remote reader for the water deduct meter. Not only this, they didn't even tell me that they hadn't installed it. They didn't tell me that the water deduct meter had to be inspected by the utility as well.3. They didn't submit the backflow valve inspection to the city. And they didn't tell me this *********** forward to the summer of 2024, I get a water bill for $1700 because the water deduct meter wireless reader has not been installed, and the water I have been using for irrigation is being billed for sewage as well. I contact the utility, and they come and inspect it and tell me that the remote reader is not installed so they cannot approve this installation until that is fixed. July 2024, I contact this company to come install the remote reader, which they should have in the first place. They say they'll do it soon, and every two weeks they I follow up. It is not May 2025, and they still haven't installed the remote reader for the water deduct meter. They don't even reply to messages promptly. I'm still out $1700 because of these guys. They have not installed the remote reader for the water deduct meter I had paid for back in 2023. Overall shoddy work, they don't deliver on what is promised and ******* customer support. Save yourselves the hassle and go with a different irrigation company.
