    I used to order plants from Spring Hill Nursery when lived in East coast. I received $300 certificate as a parting gift from my colleague when I moved to Pacific Northwest. I ordered total of 20 plants, 8 got cancelled (after few months waiting); 5 out of arrived 12 died. Even though the business refunded part of those dead plants, the experience was not pleasant. Also, the accounting part was horrible that I got notified I havent paid in full! I have to write and called multiple times in order to clear the errors! I stopped ordering from them even though there is still $100 left in certificate. Not worth of the effort when I can get plants nearby with better survival rate!

    If I could give Zero stars I would . I happily placed a plant order with Springhill Nursery on March 1st,2022 to start my brand new landscaping. I been eagerly waiting for the order . I have contacted them numerous times since March to get the status of the shipment. Always told it is delayed until today July 22, 2022 when I learned the order was cancelled on July 20, 2022 due to all items , every single item was out of stock ??? Huh?! There has been no communication from Springhill Nursery that the order was cancelled . I was told my credit card will be refunded within 30 days . I am flabbergasted that a big nursery company can treat customers like this , take our money before the order even shipped , then not have the courtesy to contact the customer that the order was unfortunately cancelled due to that is indeed very hard to believe that they cant do it with todays technology. And then I was told I will receive a postcard by mail ! I can NOT recommend this company to anyone they are simply not trustworthy. Unfortunately they belong to other online nurseries . So please learn from my mistake and do your homework before ordering .

    Thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry that your order was cancelled due to the items being out of stock and you were not notified sooner. An email did go out on 07/25/2022 notifying of the cancellation, it may have gone to your junk or spam folder. A refund was processed back to your credit card on 07/20/2022 and normally takes 3 - 5 business days for the banks to process it back to your account.

    It seems that my complaint is exactly like all the other complaints.This company should close its doors and stop lying to people. I ordered 2/25/22. After so many backordered and changed shipping dates all you get is "sorry " and continued lies. Stop selling what you don't have to sell and taking people's monies in advance! If false info about receiving items you don't have to sell we could have gone on to buy elsewhere with less stress. If you can't provide quality items ... STOP selling lies... Your reply with a case # ******** is a way of stalling the inevitable...after taking advance payments....but no product.

    Thank you for your feedback, the information that was provided in the case you referenced was from the order status screen on the Spring Hill website. Your order did split and shipped on 03/28, 05/04 and then the Pink Muly Grass shipped out on 06/30/2022 but the remaining items are still on backorder.

    I recently started buying plants from Spring **************. Yes their plants are small, but from someone who is used to buying gallon plants and bigger was a little disappointing. BUT you have to understand, they grow their own plants. I get varieties that are NOT offered through local Nurseries. we have had BAD ******* the last 2 years and supplies are low. We all lost plants including the Nurseries that grow them. Just be patient. You may not find what you want but select something else. I have been disappointed when my plants arrive 3 days late and dried out BUT that is the Delivery Company's fault. I have shopped with Spring Hills since the 70's and have had plants that are different from my friends and neighbors.. Remember what we have been through these last 2 years and be grateful for what we have in this Country. God Bless us all.

    I would give this an 8th of a star if possible. I places an order for almost $100 in March so that I would receive my plants in time for planting in East Central Indiana, which is Mother's day. My shipping date has constantly been moved and now I am told shipping the end of June or July. This is a terrible way to do business and I will tell everyone I know to not do business with this company.

    My grandmother had placed a order for 4 butterfly bushes back on 4/5/2022 and they processed the money from her bank account and not sent the items now we have to wait until June to get the product. Buyer beware do not order nothing from them because they use shipping as the excuse as to why they did not ship the stuff.

    My mother ordered 2 plants on 05/03/22 to ship to me. The shipping estimate kept moving later each week. Contacted customer service on ********* R (5/**/2022, 5:09:19 PM):.I see that the order was delayed due to the FRAGRANT CLOUD HONEYSUCKLE being on backorder. However, I will apply a rush to ensure all the available items are shipped promptly and the backorder item can be sent once we have it back in stock. *** (5/19/2022, 5:09:53 PM): So why hasnt the lilac been shipped? Shah R (5/19/2022, 5:10:28 PM): They were waiting to ship everything togehter. I apologize for that.     I ordered some plants from Spring Hill Nursery about 2 mos. ago totaling the amt of 66.00 and as of 5/15/22 I haven't received them. I have written emails to them telling them to give my money back and have heard nothing in return. I always thought they were a reputable company but I guess not.

    The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in all the years I have been making on-line purchases. My order was taken and my credit card billed on March 30.2022. My first delivery was May 7, 2022 and the order is still incomplete. They are still advertising the products that have not been delivered to me. They claim they're on back order. What an awful company to deal with.

    I ordered two items from this company, Crocosmia autumn bulbs and a pink Salvia in February 2022 and knew they probably would be sent separately as one is for autumn, one for summer. However as at May 5th both were on back order and when I called them I was asked to call again at the end of May. This of course is after already contacting them a couple of times by email. How can the salvia be on back order as its a summer plant? The customer service rep was helpful but far away in another country and so not knowing when I will get my order I have cancelled it. I have received info that Id get refund within 5-7 days but emails states 30 days. So I await with baited breath that I will get my money back. However, Id like to say, how can these flower companies do this to themselves by not honoring whats stated in their catalogues? They are not the only company who make false claims in their adverts. Im very leery now about what company I will now use.

    Thank you for your feedback, I located your order that was cancelled and they were both spring shipping items but were on back order. The refund was processed back to your card pm 05/04/2022, it usually takes 3-5 business days for the refund to process back to your account.
