    On July 1st 2023 I completed an application for ******* **** Apartments, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath for $750.00 a month.
    This was under false advertisement that it was still available on the website.
    I then emailed @[email protected] to “Please withdrawal my application as soon as possible, this would be greatly appreciated.” It was this exact paragraph honestly. With dates and all. He then emailed me back and said his website clearly states no availability. I attached proof of where on his website it states he does. I sent him three emails all with proof. He was even rude on the phone huffing and puffing no customer service at all! It makes you think he is just collecting application fees at the rate of 40 dollars an application. On the website it say’s available but he says he has none. Instead of fixing the problem he lied!
