    i went to security lock co to get a extra key made and the locksmith assured me he could make another key for me and they could not program my key bc they put in the wrong code having me to tow it to the dealership ****** and leaving with nothing but a big bill

    We have done many of these cars in our 30 years of owning and operating Security Lock Company.  We tried to program car as normal, its response thought it was being stolen and

    therefore shut the onboard computer down, from there we had the car towed to the dealer and drove the customer home, we are taking full responsibility for this matter, have instructed dealer to invoice our company and

    the customer is not to pay anything, we also are paying the tow bill that was incurred, we are in communication with the customer and ****** to resolve this matter.
