    The product itself is nice. I am happy with the fence that I installed. 3/5 for customer service, and the company selling me things I did not need. I contacted Weatherables for material for a fencing project I was working on at my home. I had a few email exchanges and a phone call with a woman named ***** *, where I explained I have never worked on a fence before, so I was not sure what I needed. I sent the requested diagram with measurements, with which she responded with a quote for materials. I trusted the quote and places the order which I a few weeks later. After completing my fence as designed on my product, I was left with extra FAST2K and 2 extra in-line fence posts, with no railings to connect them. I called and left a message asking why I would have extra fence posts, if I used all the fence (railings and pickets) that was sent to me. I was not looking for compensation, but rather an explanation if it was an error in ordering material or if there was an error on my part in assembly. My first attempts to contact them were outright ignored. After a couple of days of attempting to contact them, I finally got an opportunity to talk to the *** who helped me. She stopped me mid sentence when i was explaining my issue to inform me I reviewed the quote, approved it, and could send back anything I wanted to return at my own expense. The extra material I was sold was ~$100, not worth the price for return shipping. I understand I am at fault for approving the quote, I just had hoped I could trust the *** to actually help me and quote me what I actually needed. ****** learned.

    I am very happy with the product. It was everything I expected and was delivered within the advertised time frame. The online ordering process was simple, and although it took 4 days to get an order confirmation, when it did arrive, it elaborately detailed the shipping and delivery process and touted their customer satisfaction policy. This seemed like it was going to be a simple and enjoyable experience, but that is where it ended. The customer service is simply non-existent. I had overlooked inclusion of one item on my order, and sent an email to Weatherables.com asking to add the item. I also called and left a voicemail about it but never got a response for either. According to the order confirmation I was to receive tracking information when my order shipped, and I did; one day AFTER it arrived, via Fed Ex, with no advance notice as was described in the email. Accordingly, nobody was on site to inspect the order and verify the two missing parts and ALL the fencing shipped was the wrong product. After finding the order the next day, I immediately contacted Weatherables.com customer service, again via email and voicemail (nobody EVER answers the telephone), to get the order corrected. That was five days ago and I still haven't received a response. After several more attempts to reach someone by telephone, I'm giving up. I addition the this review I will dispute the charge made to my credit card the day the order was placed and hope the threat of non-payment will get a response from Weatherables.com Unfortunately, I need to get the correct material and would like to expand my project with more fencing, but am unwilling to risk a repeat of this experience. I can place an order for this same product through Home Depot, and may do so. Maybe their buying power will allow them access to Weatherables.com (USA Vinyl) if something goes wrong.

    Mr Heiges. First off - you are correct and we apologize for the lack of communication. Your order was on the 2nd of July and we had the 3rd and 4th as a holiday, that was the delay in the confirmation because our team looks at the order to make sure it is accurate before sending and we were not shipping on those dates. That is not your fault, I am sorry for the delay. Our system automatically sends the tracking number when shipped, it shows it sent it, but something must of happened so I am sorry. Unfortatntaly, we cannot add and charge for items via email, you would have to call in (and we do not keep your credit card information). But, I know we were short staffed the rest of the week of July 4th and I apologize for the lack of response and it taking so long for us to respond. We are a small American company and we always strive to to our best, obviously our communication was not up to our standards and the last thing we want to do is make our customers frustrated, but it happened and we apologize. I know we talked to you yesterday and for all of your issues, we have discounted your next order to try and help for all of the frustrations we caused. And if you have any issues in the future, you contact me directly and we will take care of you. Brad Halley - President.
