This company was referred to us from our home warranty company and they stole our money lied and didn't do any work. They sent false pictures of an item we didn't want completed and said it was the we wanted so the warranty company denied for that and when I sent pictures to prove it then no answer I want my $85 back from not doing anything and lying because they didn't want to do the work.

    DO NOT USE unreliable untrustworthy
Home warranty assigned them to us. Terrible experience.
They were supposed to call 30 min before. They did not. Showed up around 3 so I was stuck all day waiting around. Guy shows up in a dilapidated van with no company sign.
I was told the problem was likely the heating coils. So you don’t even know for sure what the problem is before randomly replacing parts? The first guy had to leave to get the parts so he called someone else to come over to drain the tank.
After he’d been gone for over two hours I asked the second guy what was going on and was told the first guy went on another job.
He put everything back together and said it would be a couple hours before we had hot water.
It has now been 15 hours and we have no hot water and barely any pressure in most of our sinks. Called them around 7:30 this morning and was told someone would be out here first thing. It was after 9 before the two guys from the day before showed up. After testing the two coils and discovering the bottom one wasn’t getting a reading,he determined it was likely a wiring problem with the thermostat and put in a request for a replacement unit.
It has now been a week since we’ve had hot water.
It is now Wednesday and they were supposed to be out here first thing to replace the unit. It is 9:45 and I’m still waiting. Called the owner and no answer. I’ve had to call them daily for updates, if not multiple times because I can’t leave a message at times because the mailbox is full.
Finally got a hold of him at ten and turns out he’s not gonna be able to make it as promised. It was after one o’clock before the tech showed up.
Replaced the heater, had to call the other guy to do the electrical Work. Didn’t have all the necessary parts, had to run to the store. Still didn’t have all the parts, had to come back a third time to finish today. Almost two weeks since we originally submitted claim.

I filed a plumbing claim through *** ******** **** ******** on April, 2024. They used Mr Water Heater Company who made me the bottom of their list each time I was scheduled. I assume this was because they were paid less from the home warranty company, but *** ******** would not allow me to change plumbers. I was given various excuses why they needed to push off my appointments. When they finally showed up 3.5 weeks later, they came 15 minutes before the end of their day, took some pictures and sent their boss some information and left. After I called the home warranty company multiple times through the week (to ensure A- they approve the work and B--they give the plumber the approval for everything he needs so he could get me scheduled for the work), I called him back to get scheduled. I got pushed off for a couple more weeks, then each time they were supposed to come, they found a reason to cancel and reschedule over the 3rd week of May's appointment, 4th week of May's appointment and the first week of June's appointment for various excuses. In order to not miss them, I had to, leave family, drive home from the middle of my vacation, then drive back to join family on my vacation. Getting back home after vacation, I checked to see if there were any leaks and saw leaking from new areas the plumbers replaced. I immediately called Rocky (owner of Mr Water Heater) who said he would call me the next day to schedule. He did not call of course, but I called him. We scheduled for 1st thing morning of the following Tuesday. Surprise! guess who didn't show again and didn't call me back until after 6pm. I don't think it should take over 8 weeks to do a 2 hour job , but I think they want to make sure you are well aware they don't care and nether does *** ******** **** ********. I am not sure if it is because they are paid less or if they treat everyone this way.

Steer Clear! I contacted Rocky, with Mr. Water heater guy, to replaced a water heater, while onsite he recommended I replace water lines from galvanized to pex. I asked if that’s something he does, he said yes. I made an appointment for him to replace the lines and to replace bathtub fixture because the tub was leaking, he showed up late and said he didn’t have any of the material to complete the job, so he’d need to come back some other day, I wasted a vacation day for nothing. Made another appt, he showed up late, left early, and left half way through to get more supplies, so yet again he showed up without the material needed and he still didn’t complete the job. He left old water lines, didn’t install shut offs, left sagging lines with no hangers everywhere, and didn’t “have time to get to the bath tub”. Said his helper was unable to work that day, and he was slammed. I asked about the incomplete work, he stated he would fix/complete when he came back next time, he even noted incomplete work on receipt. Made several attempts at making another appointment for him to finish. Most texts went unanswered. He said he couldn’t do anything on weekend’s, Monday’s or Friday’s. Finally made another appointment , When he shows back up, an hour late, he says he only completing the job partially AGAIN, because he’s decided to get out of the plumbing part of the business and stick to just water heaters. The brand new fixtures I bought are still not installed, and the bathtub faucet still leaks. I’ve burned 3 vacation days and spent lots of money. I still need to hire another plumber to replace bath tub fixture and this experience leaves me feeling nervous. Kind of feel as though being a single woman, I was taken advantage of. Very unprofessional and VERY DISAPPOINTING.
