company was asked to pick mower up and replace battery simple fix.. got the mower back and the handle on the mower that makes the blades move was broken off. Bad Business I called to inquire an let them know that they brung the mower back broken actual the person on the other end said it wasnt me I did try to explain to them why would i break a mower and say you guys did it and you kept my mower for 3 weeks just to replace a battery. and charged me 300.00 dollars to do that Im sitting here on 1.5 acres of land and using a push mower to mow..... Ridiculous!!! bad business dont know what happened to this company but the service use to be really good. Now you just can not trust them to do honest business with you especially if you're a women. I have lost a lot of trust for this company because when you bring a mower back broken, and you broke it ---that says a lot about your business.... I am a disabled veteran, and we deserve better heck we all deserve better but the fact that veterans are part of the reason this country is standing and not having to look over your shoulder speaks volume about how you treat people

Customer knew the price ($212.58 NOT $300.Includes Pick up and delivery, battery, labor and tax ). She called and had a concern, we offered to pick the mower back up. When we showed up she would not answer the door and cancelled her credit card payment. Grass was mowed oddly enough. Customer is a thief by cancelling payment and we didn't break anything on the mower. We simply checked charging system, replaced the battery and tested starting of the mower.

Payment is getting turned over to collections

I am 69 years old on a fixed income. I have been doing business with this company for many years. Every year I take my lawn mower in for service because I bought it from them. This year I bought a $1,000 battery operated push mower. The owner assured me he had a battery operated zero down just as powerful as my gas mower, adn would cut 4 acres. I am in a wheelchair, so I never saw it before it was delivered. They brought it by, and I traded my Simplicity mower for this new one.

I used it, but it did not finish my lawn. I called and said I wanted me old one back, and to come pick this one up. he said he would call me back. He didn't call back. so I called him again, and he hung up.

Before we traded mowers the customer looked and the mfg website several times. We offered to pick up the mower and ensure there wasn't an issue with the batteries.

The customer wanted a mulch kit installed and we did knowing it would impact run time. Customer also wanted a rear basket installed and we did this as well. The mfg is the one who states 4 acres one charge. Granted a mulch kit will lower the capacity of the machine.

The last time we spoke, customer stated he would keep the mower if he didn't owe anything on his account for the mulch kit or basket.
