    Armor exterior solutions were hired to replace a roof, install gutters and windows. The company did a subpar job on the replacement of roof and had the gutters subcontracted out which also had issues with the installation. This was poor workmanship. The company will not stand behind their work

    Hello, we have met with the customer and reviewed concerns. We will be out this coming Monday, (5/22/23) to remedy any concerns that the customer may have with the roof and gutters. I am sorry for the misunderstanding as far as the sub contractors. It is never our intent to try and decieve or lie to our customers. There must have been a miscommunication between customer and salesman. Any and all of our sub crews are licensed, Bonded and carry workers comp as part of a requirement to do work for us. We look forward to making any issues right with the customer and we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. -Thanks

    I am rejecting this response because: Armor exterior solutions have not made any repairs so i have to reject. I am still waiting for a IKO shingle rep to come out and look at shingles to determine if they are defective or improperly installed so i can't close this complaint until i am completely satisfied. I am giving armor exterior solutions a chance to fix/repair or replace the roof and gutters

    Unfortunately we tried to address the aesthetic issues Mr. Stapleton was unhappy with and we're harrassed by him the entire time even going as far as video recording one of the owners and workers. Which, we do not consent to being done. We stand behind all of our work and all of our workers. There is no preformance issues with the roof and gutters that were installed. We even made some adjustments to the areas he was concerned about. He was upset because there is a minor gap between the gutter and fascia due to the fascia not being completley level. We tried to add gutter hangers to close it and there was still a small gap there. To him that was unacceptable. The ridge cap was installed facing into the wind. We removed it and installed new. There was a shingle butted too tight to the end wall and some of the drip edge was notched out because the previous gutters were in the way. We replaced each of those items. Nothing we do is acceptable and we are confident that our work will pass any inspection. This covers any issues and we ask that there be no more direct contact between Mr. Stapleton and Armor Exterior Solutions moving forward.

    I don't want Armor Exterior Solutions to do anything else to my property they already failed to complete their work and the repairs were done poorly and didn't even finish the repairs they started so i am in contact with another contractor to replace the roof and gutters. I will be filling a lawsuit against Armor Exterior Solutions and the owners for the refund of monies already paid
