    Upon my visit to Tree of Life Chiropractic I was never treated for what I went for and still charged $100. Their children were playing throughout the office and on and off of the exam tables. The tables were never sanitized before the next patient. Deplorable conditions. Dr was wanting to send me for a CT before he would treat me. But still charged me.

    ******, We apologize if we did not meet your expectations. When we encounter a new patient we always screen them first to make sure chiropractic care is applicable to their condition. There is no charge for that screening. If during the screening process it is determined chiropractic care can help your condition, it is recommended that we perform an exam. If you agree to move forward with the exam there is a charge for that process. Sometimes we recommend imaging based upon the condition of the patient. It was recommended that you bring in any imaging from the previous six months for us to look at and evaluate. We utilize our tools to assess the patient and how to effectively treat them. We will not adjust a patient if we are concerned about their condition without the proper exam and imaging. As far as the children being in the office, we clearly explained to you the unusual situation with my wife being very ill and we having the kids in the office that afternoon. You expressed no concern with the children. Our office is deeply cleaned and sanitized. You vocalized no concern with the conditions.
