    I ordered a book on 1/2/24. Today is 1/12/24 and I still don’t have the book. Sending me this survey before I have received what I ordered may not be a good idea. Tracking info hasn’t changed for 4 days. Not very helpful.

    Sent in two books and only received money for one. They don’t offer to send it back. I could have sold the book locally if I would have known they weren’t going to give any money for it. I wasted my time and lost the book.

    I am generally happy with the offer pricing; however, the transactions are easily managed through email. Payments are sent quickly. I will consider using TextBook Rush again.

    Textbook Rush is by far the slowest of the vendors we sell books to online. I thought maybe it was my computer or the wifi signal, but no other site has the delays that TBR has, and it happens every single time. Every ENTER click results in a several-minute delay. To your credit, there’s always a message that says there’s a delay, asking if I wish to continue, but I wish the delays weren’t there in the first place. We also work with vendors such as **** ***** ***** **** and ****** ***** *****—no problems.
