    We have bee trying for weeks to get a part (a wire for the power supply) for our Mattress Firm 900 bed. We sent repeated e-mals and left phone messages. We get NO reply and NO help. This has been going on for weeks, meanwhile my bed is stuck in a position that I can NOT sleep in!
