    ***** was my buying and listing agent during the purchase and sale of my first home. I was young and he helped me navigate all of the obstacles of buying and selling a home. I had an FHA loan and with that came a lot of unusual requests before I could close on the house. He assured me to hang with it and explained every detail. During the looking process, he was very patient with my numerous requests to find more homes. I had a small budget and he was able to accommodate my wishlist items and stayed well under budget. I am so thankful for him being thorough and knowing the industry because sure enough I sold 2.5 years later and not only made my money back but sold it for more than I purchased for. I also worked for *****, cleaning properties after tenants moved out. As an employer, he was a pleasure to work for. He was flexible and accommodating. He was always prompt and clear in communicating his needs and expectations. If there were times that tenants had left excessive filth and/or trash he would help find solutions or would even come to the properties to help if I needed it (hull/carry out trash, bring more cleaning supplies, etc.).In recent months we looked into moving and ***** graciously did an assessment of our house and gave a listing estimate to help us decide if we wanted to list or not. He answered all of my questions and I never felt pressured to list. We have decided not to list at this time, but if we do we will certainly be calling ***** for any of our future needs!

    Does not follow rules and regulations as far as tenant /realtor laws. Kept my deposit and half a months rent with no written explanation. I am seeking legal advice.

    *********, you are well aware of the terms of the lease which were made clear to you on more than one occasion. You turned your keys in on the 26th of the month. The lease clearly states that the last months rent will not be pro-rated. There is no half months rent owed to you. Also, you violated the terms of the lease in multiple ways. You had at least two people living there that were not on the lease as well as dogs, rats and snakes when the lease clearly says No Additional Occupants and No Pets. Furthermore, the owner documented that the amount of damages to the property was in excess of $10,000. You should feel fortunate that at this time he is not seeking reimbursement for those damages over and above the security deposit.
