    I applied for a house through Zillow and paid a $50 application fee. I was then contacted by Mrs. E****** " Celina W*******" and instructed to call her. Once I called her she told that I would have to pay an additional $200 via Zelle as a holding fee for the house I applied for. I sent the $200 payment the very next day, Wednesday January 31st at 9:36am. I then tried to call Mrs. E****** " Celina W******* and she stop answering the phone and my text message. I proceeded to call her again at 1:45pm and she answered. She wanted us to pay a total of $6500 to move in. She told me we only had one day to move-in. which would've been February 1st 2024. When I questioned her, she became very agitated and unprofessional. I emailed and texted her to please return the $200 fee that I was tricked into paying but I never heard back. I know my tenant rights, I had already made the $50 application fee through Zillow. I feel scammed and tricked.
