I have had a great experience here with my therapist and office staff. I have had no difficulties scheduling or getting in to be seen quickly when needed. The office staff has always been available and able to answer questions.

My son was referred to this Counseling Group by Employees Assistance Program (Health Advocates) because he needed Trama Counseling. *** pays for the first 4 sessions, free of cost to me. After session 4, we were told that my son's counselor cannot counsel him any longer because she doesn't specialize with trauma. This was very frustrating and he needs help. They offered to switch the counselor, but that counselor's hours didn't fit my son's schedule. So we went to a different practice. This NEVER should have happened in the first place, they wasted our time and didn't help my son. My other complaint is that they keep sending me invoices for $60. I don't owe any money. *** paid for the 4 counseling appointments. I cannot reach anyone on the phone, so I was messaging at first his former counselor. She said they would get it fixed. They emailed me again for $60, I messaged her again that it wasn't fixed and I am getting emails. She apologized and said they will fix it. They emailed me again. Now the only message I can send is to a ******* *. She said they would fix it. This has happened 2 more times. I want it to stop. I DON'T want their mistake to effect my credit. I am so glad we are no longer with this practice. I would be exhausted trying to make sure they are not trying to overcharge me for services not rendered. They cannot be in the counseling business if they cannot give the patients the correct counselor when originally asked for AND their accounting program needs fixed the first time a client calls.I am asking BBB for two things: 1. To help me get rid of the invoice that I should not be charged for (btw, if I was charged, this is not my deductible) 2. Stop other people from being taken advantage of from this business.Thank you for your assistance.
