    My wedding at La Navona, and my experience was significantly marred by multiple issues.The wedding planner, ****** *******, was consistently difficult to reach throughout the planning process, adding unnecessary stress. On the wedding day, despite clear weather and only a 15% chance of rain, she insisted on moving the ceremony indoors. ****** falsely claimed she had been trying to contact me, but I had no missed calls.The wedding ceremony program, included in my package, was a disaster. ****** promised to fix it the night before but did not. Instead, she texted me the next morning, saying the best she could do was enlarge the existing program, forcing me to work on it in the early hours of my wedding day.****** was also rude to some guests and my bridal party. She did not stay for the entire wedding, and we were not informed she would leave early. At the rehearsal, drinks had flies in them, which was unacceptable.Furthermore, ****** did not inform the staff about the sparklers, and I had to handle it myself on my wedding day. The wedding was extremely understaffed, and hors d’oeuvres were not brought to the bridal party during pictures. No announcement was made for guests to take the favors or the small rum cakes, resulting in hundreds of dollars lost.****** told guests that pictures were done, causing us to miss photos with some family members. We are also missing our cake topper. The contract stated that a late-night bite would be provided, but it was not.Instead of enjoying my wedding day, I was emotionally distressed due to these numerous issues. This is not the wedding day I paid for. ****** was deceptive and manipulative in getting our business.I am formally requesting a refund of $8,650 because what we received was not what was paid for and agreed upon. The services provided were significantly below the expected standard and caused substantial emotional distress and financial loss.
