I purchased A ****** Altima from this dealership. Two weeks after buying it I heard a noise coming from the back tires that sounded like tools hitting together. I called them and told ****, the owner about it and he sent me to there mechanic. The mechanic had my car all day and told me he heard absolutely nothing and he put my car on a lift and said that everything looked great. I said theres no way because that sound is very loud and everyone asks me about it when I pull in anywhere. I told **** what was said and waited for them to see what we are going to do about it. My grandfather ended up passing away so I had to go to *******. They told me my car was fine so I went. I ended up braking down in ******* somewhere. The tow truck took my car to the nearest auto body shop where they put my car on a lift and said they have never in their life seen something so bad with rust. My control arm on both sides completely rusted throug the bolts. They said they cant believe someone would sell this car to anyone! I called **** and explained calmly what happened and he got so rude and told me he aint doing anything about it and that I can go somewhere else was his exact words! Definitely unacceptable considering I just purchased this vehicle from them. My car is still currently sitting in ******* with the bill due of over $1000. No one will help me at all.
