This company and Tom and Annette were absolute nightmares to deal with. We had a septic system installed in 2022. They RARELY answered calls/kept us updated on the project. We were told to expect a July installation. July came and went. We called a few times to get an idea of when they project would be completed, with no response. They finally came out and dug for the new system in October. Then they left, leaving the area dug up until December, leaving us with a stinky yard and eyesore. In December, Tom and Annette then decided they knew how phones worked and called/texted me repeatedly before the job was complete to release funds for the work. Also, Tom and Annette failed to mention a part of the system was on backorder, but Tom promised me the system was complete. I spoke to the County Inspector. He informed me Tom had let him know the part was on backorder, but as mentioned, Tom did not mention this to me. I was harassed to release funds, but did not until I had the approved permit. Additionally, part of this scope of work was to work on our sump pump and reroute the sump lines. They failed to complete this scope of work. Additionally, they failed to reconnect our sump. During a torrential downpour in March 2023, our basement flooded due to their negligence. I called the emergency number, and it took over an hour to first get them to believe we had an issue and second get out to our house to look. The technician that finally came out did say it was their fault for not reconnecting our sump. When I spoke to Annette the next day she said "my basement has flooded twice; you'll be fine". They also refused to file the claim through their insurance, causing ours to go up. This is a beyond frustrating company to deal with, and their business practices are unethical and sketchy. Steer clear of these crooks.
