    I had Everdry Waterproofing done in the late 1980s in my home and last year had to have maintenance done due to a new well being drilled and disrupted the outside foundation. The gentlemen from Findlay office were fantastic with repairs. Also in the past Ive had my sump pumps replaced. All of this done as part of my warranty. A VERY GOOD ?? SERVICE to have done in your home if you have worries or had problems with wet basements. Highly recommend!! Very satisfied with our choice to have this installed over 35 years ago! Well worth the investment!

    **** *., sevice manager, did a great job sealing additional cracks and installing additional straps to basement walls. He took time to explain things and what I should follow up on. He answered my questions and made suggestions on the downspouts on my house. He was very thorough unlike the installation team.

    **********************, *************** were on time, very polite, kind and informative. ***** kept us updated at least 3 times a day. These 4 plus a couple other guys worked very hard in 97 degree weather. My husband and I were very impressed with how much they finished in a little time. We went and checked around as they worked and offered water. They cleaned up everything above and beyond what was expected. They were very professional and we are very pleased with their work.

    ************ was very understanding of what needed to be done done. He explained in detail what was wrong now and what he would do to replace it. He was very courteous and spoke loudly enough to be heard and slow enough for me to understand. An outstanding employee.

    Be very careful when you talk to them and read all the paperwork before you sign ! They have young people doing the work but have no supervision or supervisors that know what they are doing and leave a big mess after they are done ! They did come back but the results were not any better! So seniors and veterans beware of this company! I got a lot of estimates and know a lot about these things and still got taken to the cleaner on my basement work ! Total waste of my money ! *********************** Cridersville ****
