1 starservice tech they sent was only intrested in selling me new parts or new water heater. did not want to listen to me about history of water heater and did not atempt to fix it. he just wantedto swap out parts until ptroblem was solved but did not garantee the new parts try to upsell me a new water heater for 3200 to 3800 hundred dollars. called another service they came and fixed it without any new parts.i sent a email to **** at T. G. he called meback said he would refund my service charge. contacted him a second time about my refund he told he take of it . never got my refund never heard from them. i would not reckonmend these people at all.Review fromByron S

The Heating and Cooling system that was placed in my home in 2021 was not done correctly. The HVAC system replacement was 7,218.00. However, the follow up by different employees have been good and waiting for parts for repairs to be completed. I do have a 10 year maintenance and warranty plus protection.Thomas & Galbraith Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

On 11/27/2024, we had a new furnace (and heating system) installed by Thomas & Galbraith Heating, Cooling & Plumbing Business in the amount of $7,877. At that time we were informed that we would receive a $2500 rebate for the new furnace. During the past month, we have made several phone calls to T & G, and each time we were asked to call back in a few days OR that someone would follow-up and return our call for resolution. Our last phone call was on 2/22. Once again, we were asked to call back by 2/26 for resolution of the issue. To date, no one has called to follow-up on our $2500 rebate. I recently had a backed-up main drain in basement and called Thomas & Galbraith Heating, Cooling & Plumbing for help. They responded quickly, arrived on time, and were very professional throughout the entire process. The technician Kevin thoroughly assessed the issue, explained the cause, and got to work right away. They efficiently cleared the blockage and made sure everything was running smoothly before leaving. What really stood out was their honesty and fair pricing—there were no hidden fees, and the cost was very reasonable compared to other companies I contacted. Had a new furnace and heat pump installed today. The techs were friendly and on time. The entire install took about 5 hours. When done they cleaned up all the old furnace parts and packaging which they took with them. My first clue about this company should have been upon installation of a new HAVAC system a few years ago when this company could not pass inspection from the City of **********, not just once but twice, for different issues. Since the install I have scheduled a bi yearly checkup of my system. Today I was scheduled between 8:00am and 10:00am arrival time. At 10:30 I get a call from a tech informing me that he was just handed my appointment and that it will take him at least 30 minutes to get my house. This company has no regard for it's customers. Yet, they can send me emails, and texts to remind me of the appointment, but then cannot fulfill their end of the agreement? Well, I am done with them.
