    On Saturday, August 5, 2023 I used this self serve laundry mat to wash two loads.
    Upon entering there are signs governing the responsibility of each customer.
    Not to overload etc. Didn’t see a sign stating WASH AT YOUR OWN RISK. This sign was on the opposite side of the machines I originally used. Second row of machines.
    Facing the opposite direction.
    The machines I used was identified by a letter as well as a number for the second. Both priced at $8.75.
    After loading then placing Detergent Pods inside the machines one wouldn’t start cycle. I asked the attendant was this machine working. He came to assist. When the first machine completed it was fine. The second didn’t spin completely.
    The attendant didn’t mention the extractor to use. He spoke so lightly I continued to ask him what he said.
    My final result I left a message on this companies voicemail. A male contacted me Tuesday, August 8, 2023. In conclusion of the matter he stated I should have used the extractor for $.75. I didn’t have to rewash this load.
    I ended the conversation stating this business didn’t accept responsibility for the malfunction of their equipment. No compensation awarded.
    This is still a business operating in the United States of America. Without the integrity of being liable to its customers.
