    1994 Yukon truck was towed to the business for engine replacement in January 2023. Paid $1100.00 so far for removal of engine, tow and a body repair. Company still has the truck and they have not done repairs. Company has made different excuses throughout the past 9 months. Company is saying that consumer never had a deal with them and that this is some kind of side deal with his employee. Consumer states this is ridiculous, there was never a mention of any side deal. The truck is at the business and he dealt with the owner. He has receipts, text messages and video. Consumer desperately in need of his truck back and repaired for work. Consumer went there yesterday to talk to them and when it was noticed that he was recording the conversation, employee knocked phone out of consumers hand and there was a scuffle, police came and told consumer to file charges.
