    If you need a realtor in Ohio - Joe and Patty Evans are your go-to property professionals. My husband and I live in Pennsylvania and we were in need of a realtor in Dublin, Ohio to assist us with my late sister-in-law’s condo/home after her sudden passing. We have been on the buying side of a number of real estate transactions but do not have as much experience on the selling side. A family member referred us to Joe and Patty and we were so pleased with the entire experience – from the first time we met them until the closing. Joe and Patty’s commitment to us, as clients, was evident.
    They gave us excellent advice on preparing the house for market and the ongoing communication kept us informed throughout the process. They made the this sale super easy for us, especially since we lived out of state and were selling the house during an emotional time following a loss. We appreciated their patience with us and are grateful that we had agents that genuinely care about their clients and not just a sale.
