  If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I scheduled a deep cleaning to take place on a Monday. The company called me and stated the cleaner had a car issue. We rescheduled for Tuesday. The cleaner had an arrival time of 8am-10am. The cleaner did not show up until 11:30 AM. She was observed being on her phone multiple times via camera. She called me at 4:30 PM stating she was almost done. I was extremely skeptical. I walked in and I could immediately tell the home had not been cleaned. There was still dog hair everywhere. She took a dirty mop from our garage and used that to mop the floors. The bathrooms were not clean as the toilets still had hair on them. The basement was left in a complete wreck as there were piles of dirt everywhere. When I confronted the cleaner, she became argumentative and stated that the company does not provide her enough help and cleaning supplies. By 6:10 PM, it still looked like nothing had been done. I told her that I wanted to speak to a manager. She stated that someone would be in touch. I spoke to ****** the next morning after I had left several messages. I had sent them over 120 photos showing the condition of the home. They reassured me they would resolve this and send out a new crew. We rescheduled for Thursday afternoon. Thursday afternoon, the same cleaning person showed up. I was in shock. I couldn't believe the company would send over the same person after everything that has occurred. She became rude and argumentative. I told her and the company multiple times this was not a touch up job. This whole house needed to be re-cleaned. I did not feel safe letting her back in my home. I called ****** and spoke with them and they refused to send someone new out. They said they did not have availability for over a month. They offered a $100 discount. Unbelievable. I would NEVER recommend anyone to use this service. This was not a deep cleaning at all!! Worst mistake ever using this company.
