      David was very rude to me when I called to ask for my documents. When I called the first time, the receptionist answered and told me where to look, but she forgot to give me the case number. So when I called again, she kept hanging up on me. Then David calls me back being very rude asking me. Why do I need these papers? When do I need them? Did you get them in the email in 2020..This case was five years ago I somehow lost the papers. I just need the documents please. He said do not call his office, cause he was taking care of paying customers. That was a very rude statement. I was a paying customer too.

      Unorganized and unprofessional. It seems the lawyers put everything onto paralegals that don’t know what they're doing. I truly feel that if I did not hire a lawyer, the outcome of my case would have been identical. Choose someone else that cares!

      Once they realized they can't do what they said they could, instead of being up front with us they could no longer be contacted no matter who you tried of them. All the contacts they gave refused to get back to us,

      Total lack of communication, disorganized and unprofessional. Our motion was filed improperly by the firm which resulted it in being thrown out. We have repeatedly been told that the client (who is in prison) will be communicated with by his lawyer to discuss next steps, but they haven't even called him once since the retainer was paid in January 2023. Do not waste your money or your time with this firm. It will also result in stress and heartache for yourself or your loved one. We've asked to file an internal complaint or grievance multiple times and not been provided the information.

      I call initially on Oct 13th regarding a criminal case. I presented my situation to *** on the phone and received the most empathetic response, I was sold instantly. I paid the "half" the total amount ($1500) agreed upfront. Upon payment I reached out to *** days later Oct 15th, with no response ..again on Oct 17th when I was advised I would get my reports filed and sent to me by paralegal..never happened. Reschedule out again Oct 19th 20th & 24th. On Oct 24th I received a reply that ***** was handing my case. That is when i reached out to ***** and everything literally continued to spiral out of control from there. When I did reach out to ***** he advised me I need to reach out to *** regarding the question I had. Communication and due diligence was not served. I've got screen shots along with emails and phone calls where I've been sent to voicemail, left messages with no reply. I am a single mother who borrowed the half just to pay him upfront. I have NO updates on my case. . Not even the discovery or reports filed initially. I still have a warrant for my arrest - it's been over a month since I paid this attorney . I'm broken and literally feel taken advantage of .
