      On Sunday, May 4, 2025, I dropped off a bin of items at the **********, **** location between 3:30 and 4:00 PM. I was told the items would be ready for pick-up later that evening or the following morning. However, I never received a text message or any follow-up.On Tuesday afternoon, I contacted the store and was told that my drop-off was recorded in their system, but that the items and the bin were no longer in the store. I was informed that the district manager would review camera footage and I would receive a call back, but no one ever followed up.After multiple additional calls, I eventually spoke with a store manager named *****. She told me that no video footage could be found and that the names on file did not match mine. Despite this confusion, no one contacted me to clarify or verify my information. I was offered $30 for the missing items, which I believe is not a fair value. The bin included **** shoes, toddler boys and girls clothes, and holiday outfits all in great condition and saved specifically for resale. I had expected to receive at least $100 based on the estimated resale value.***** mentioned she would speak with the district manager again and follow up with me, but I have not heard anything since.

      We want to clarify that our policy explicitly states we are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. This is clearly outlined in our terms and conditions, which every customer is required to read and sign each time they sell to us. By signing, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms. Any offer of payment for lost items is at the discretion of OUAC Inc

      I have tried contacting corporate OUAC in ****** ** as well as the **********************************, as I need to get a copy of my W-2's from 2020 and 2021. I am not getting a response from either of these locations. I am being audited by my locality and need a copy of these ASAP.My employee # is 0LE168266

      Hello,

      ************* elected to receive her W-2s electronically, additionally, paper copies were also mailed to her.

      I contacted the store in Sylvania and the Store Manager said she said ************* has not called the store and no-one at the store spoke to her.

      At the corporate office, phone records and emails were audited and there is no record of her contacting our office.

      With that said, I just emailed her copies of her W2s.

      I have also provided you with a screen shot showing when they were electronically sent.
