    We prepaid last July for furnace cleaning & service. When they didn't come in the fall, we called to tell them to apply payment to air conditioner service in the spring. We called again in the spring and early summer and have not heard back as of today (8/12/24). We emailed ***** and asked for a refund and have not received a response or refund either.
