    Liebrecht Excavating installed a NPDES septic system on my property at **** ***** **, **** ** *****. ***** county requires a service contract ensuring that sample testing will be completed. We have a contract stating that with the installation of the system Liebrecht excavating would provide the service contract for the first two years. This service was to be included in the installation cost of the system. I have reached out to the owner, **** Liebrecht, multiple times. I have attempted his work phone number multiple times, without answer. The inbox has been full for months and I cannot leave a message that way. I have also called his work cell phone and have left multiple voicemails without any returned calls. I have also attempted to email him. I have now received multiple letters from the county threatening extended action if not compliant. I have also received a small fine for not having it serviced and the water run off not tested. **** was also supposed to bring out an extension for one of the outlets for our system, as one of the outlets is below ground level. He has not completed that either. The resolution I am looking for is to have this service contract carried out for the next two years, including the service for the sampling and the extension to be completed.
