      Called AAA to get my car towed from in town of ******** OH to a garage 6 miles out of town. Have never had issues ever before. J&R was the tow company called to do the job. I was left with my 2 kids in the scorching heat with high heat index advisory waiting for my car to be towed and taken care of. Originally, we were told from the time we called AAA around 1:12 in the afternoon that J&R would be arriving around 4:30pm. Time frame came, and the time got pushed back to around 6-7pm to when a ****** was going to arrive. Around that time frame I received a call from a JR ****** saying he had to run out to some HWY 20 to grab someone sitting out there quick and then he'd grab my car. Told me (while he was in town) he would run over to my car to grab the key and lock it up. When asked about a time frame to get my car he replied with, he'll be back into Defiance around 10:30pm and my car would be towed to the garage around 11pm. Again, reassured that my car was locked up and he had the key to it. It, got to the time around 1am (12 HOURS LATER) when my husband drove into town to check on the car because we hadn't heard anything. MY KEY WAS STILL IN MY ****** CAR WAS STILL UNLOCKED (JR ****** LIED 2 TIMES TO ME)MY HUSBAND DROVE PAST 2 OTHER JR ******************** TRUCKS ON THE WAY INTO TOWN.Finally, the ******************** guy got to where my car was (while my husband was still there to ensure my vehicle was taken care of) JR ****** GAVE EVERY EXCUSE UNDER THE *** After loading it onto the tow truck my husband then followed the tow truck ****** to the garage and watched the ****** unload it and successfully LEAVE before he felt comfortable leaving my car alone. Will never use JR ******************** again; they lie and are unreliable. If we didn't live close to the location where my car died, my 2 children and I could have suffered serious health issues with how hot it was outside.

      Set up an appointment to get my car towed 2 days in advance and then they blew me off all day. Made me feel like they didn't even want to come get my car and tow it. If I would have known this I would have called ****'s towing right from the beginning

      we were in constant communication with this customer and we had calls on 3 trucks for 10 hours straight when we finally could get to him his cussed us out and said forget it so i don't feel like this is a valid complaint!!! My driver even thank him for his would be business
