    On March 16,2022 i have a walk on shower and now it is coming apart from the wall. I called Max from MBP on 4-1-2024 and told him about the problem he said he would come and check it out and not will not accept my calls i just wanted him to fix the problem. i need your help thank you. ******** *******

    Ms. ******** ******* has been taken care of.  The issue she was having has been fixed and she has expressed her gratitude.  We always strive to respond to service calls in a timely manner.  Unfortunately Ms. ******* we trying to contact me directly on my cell phone during a time I was home sick with the Flu.  I responded to her as soon as I was back to work and had out technicians within a day to take care of her issues.  Thank You.
