    BBB: Please double the 5 Star Rating to 10 for Reliable Tax and Bookkeeping! After being forced to pay an extraordinary "ransom" for my documents being held "hostage" for 60 days by an abusive, unscrupulous, unethical, "tax service" (for nothing but grief) - I stopped by Reliable Tax and Bookkeeping unannounced ONE day before "tax deadline" in a panic - on the off chance I could get a consult for what I was SURE would be an IRS nightmare. I was an off the street, complete stranger to Reliable - LITERALLY within 2 minutes, I was not only given an appt. (as in immediately) - Garry was waiting on ME when I returned from my car with my docs - (left in a complete mess by the way, from the other joke of a "tax service") ... 10-15 mins later Garry not only calculated, checked/corrected and explained my tax docs to me - he and the entire Reliable staff talked this duped, panicked non-tax pro "off the ledge" in under 30 mins. - for what I consider an extreme UNDERcharge! Who does that in this day and age?!? Reliable's PROFESSIONAL services and staff should be the gold standard for tax/bookkeeping pros everywhere. THANK YOU for showing me what real tax pros are and sharing your Dalai Lama level magic Zen with this very stressed senior! Reliable is THE hidden gem of Dayton and well deserves 10 stars - having experienced the worst of the worst for 60 days - I simply cannot believe my luck finding the only "tax whisperer" anyone could ever need. I simply cannot thank Garry and the entire Reliable staff enough!! 10 STARS!!!

    Reliable Tax has been doing my taxes for years. When you call you talk to a real live person, which in todays day is unheard of.
