    This service has the same phone number for the Bellefontaine Rd and the Scarff Rd address so I cannot say if both are in service or just one. I have a H Hts labeled receipt for 2020 work and a New Carlisle labeled receipt for 2022. I made an appointment for service on June 9, 2025 and was told they would be there between 9:30 and 11 :30 AM. No call and no show after 12 noon. When I called to inquire what was going on the man said he didn't know anything about my appointment. I asked if he could check the schedule. He said, "No, we don't keep a copy in the office. The work team has the only list." He said he could try and call them and and see how they are doing. I told him to just cancel my appointment since they seemed disorganized and I didn't want them working on my house. He said fine and we hung up.

    We had a blocked drain. We called on a Monday morning and 4 hours later the had it fixed . The gentleman explained the problem and fixed it . I was concerned on what this would cost . It was way less expensive than I thought . I will use them again in the future .

    Dustin fixed me up after a different contractor left me with a incomplete job. On 4/8 Dustin was able to remove another companies drain cleaning equipment that was jamed in my pipe. Every 2 years I get my drian's cleaned, and I will contact Mike's in the future. Dustin was professional, and knowledgeable. Thank you Mike's sewer and drain, your one of the few out there that does good business and can be trusted.
