      Extremely satisfied with my service. I have a difficult sewer and they came out, on time and very professional, and took the time to make sure my sewer was cleared and not just “popped open”. I realize and appreciate how diligently they worked to resolve my back-up and I’m happy to say that I’ve not had any issues with back-ups since. I definitely recommend using DrainTech. They are a local company and their people are experienced and professional.

      We have experienced great service and results with Drain Tech. They are responsive and courteous when we have referred them to our customers. We refer them for drain cleaning and sewer scopes as part of our home inspection process with great results. The technicians have exhibited an excellent touch when interacting with our customers.

      We had an issue with our drain next to our sump pump in the basement backing up . I called several plumbing companies and 2 recommended Drain Tech. I called Drain Tech and spoke with Cindy who was very helpful and informative. She set up an appointment for the next day. She advised us that we would receive a call 20 minutes before the repairman would arrive , and that we were the 2nd appointment of the day. The next day Jeremiah called us to alert us he was on his way and should be here in 25 minutes. He arrived in 20 minutes assessed the problem after speaking to my husband and got to work. He was professional, informative and explained what was going on. There was a clog in the sewer line. He fixed the problem and was on his way. We were very happy with the results and would highly recommend Drain Tech for their quick response, friendly attitude and a job well done.

      I will never use anybody else but drain tech whole experience with them is amazing from even phoning in a service call to the technician doing a great job everyone very friendly thank you
