    Last fall I noticed that the siding by our garage exterior wall needed some repairs, so I talked to six different roofing & siding companies to get estimates. Four of them wanted me to replace not just that wall’s siding, but all exterior walls. And three of those four sent salespeople who used various scare tactics to try convincing me to replace the whole siding.
    Blue Night Roofing was different. The guy who came to my house was the owner himself, Mr. Tony Powers, who has years of experience in roofing and siding installations. He carefully inspected all the walls and said only the garage wall was in need of new siding.
    He added that the other walls could use a few repairs for minor things like chipped corners, scratches, etc., but he explained that there was no reason to replace the siding in them, taking the time to illustrate why that was the case. With a few touch-up repairs and a paint job, that siding could easily last another 15 or 20 years, or even more with good care, he said. During our conversation I could sense in him a level of down-to-earth honesty that I simply did not see in any of the other company reps.
    So I had Blue Knight Roofing install new siding on the garage wall and do the fixes on the others. Their crew did a fantastic job, and throughout the entire process, from scheduling to doing the project to doing follow-ups, Tony personally kept me informed. He also did the final walk-though with me, making sure I was satisfied with the results.
    Needless to say, if my house ever has to have any other siding (or roofing) repairs, I won’t need to call different companies to compare estimates. Blue Knight Roofing will be it. There’s just something special about companies that put integrity and customer satisfaction ahead of profit. Such businesses are a rare find in today’s world, but Blue Knight Roofing stands out in this regard.
