They never showed up. The appointment to estimate removing a wasp nest was scheduled for 1:45. At 2:00 no one had called or shown up, so I called and was told there was a 1 hour window. At 3:00 no one had called or shown up, so I called and was told there was a 2 hour window. The customer service rep said she would call him and determine his estimated time of arrival. I told her to forget it, so she cancelled the appointment.

Upon review of your account, I do confirm that you did have an appointment scheduled with the expected arrival of 1:45 to 2:45 P.M. You did contact the office at 3:15 P.M. and cancel the appointment. I apologize for the inconvenience; we did have notations to call on our way for a price and treatment application. I will personally reach out to you to discuss and determine if there is anything we can do to make up for your lost time and the inconvenience of the delayed arrival.

I'm very happy w/this company. There was 1 technician who did a horrible job, but when I spoke w/the manager she took care of the situation. She sent someone else out to redo the treatment at no additional charge. Every other treatment has been wonderful and all the other technicians have been very knowledgeable. Also the treatments have been effective. My pest problem is much better and seems like it will be completely resolved soon. I'm extremely pleased.A-1 Able Pest Doctors
