    Vandalia Asphalt has written several proposals for the last three years. I finally signed this year in March. It took until yesterday for them to tell me they cannot do the work after MONTHS of me trying to get answers. The job was set to start at the end of May and this is into August. I have called, e-mailed, called the office etc to no avail. Their contract gives THEM and out, but not YOU. DO NOT give these people any money up front. I'm glad I didn't. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time over all. Now the season is ending soon and everyone is booked out. Surprise. Thanks a lot, for causing me to wait yet another year because you don't know how to use a measuring tape. It's not my fault you didn't measure things correctly to ensure the roller would fit to the top of the driveway. It could have been worked out but instead you chose to ignore me every time I tried to make contact. Retainer walls can be replaced if you'd learn how to communicate with your customers and respect people and their time. Guarantee if I was a man this wouldn't have happened.

    I'm very sorry that I have not responded to this comment earlier. We were very busy and our office staff was overloaded. I have removed our scheduler and replaced him with a professional team member. The customer complaints about the schedule have reduced significantly.

    We paid Vandalia Blacktop over 25,000 to do a new asphalt driveway there were defective areas that they refused to take care of I had to pay grade Co. another 11,000 to fix those areas it became quite obvious when we opened up those defective areas that had sunken that Vandelia had not prepped the base properly and only put 1 inch of asphalt I would not recommend them to anyone
