      On 6-3-2, A to Z did a parking lot job and as a result of their complete and total lack of professionalism, they managed to damage no less than 5 different vehicles and also damage the neighboring business next to where they were doing their terrible service. While they were blowing away all the loose rock, gravel and debris to prep the lot, they blew all this rock and debris on to the neighboring business and no less than 5 vehicles were left with rock chips and scratches on their vehicles because of this. If this wasn’t bad enough when A to Z was spraying tar and sealing this parking lot they coated no less than 5 vehicles with the same tar they were spraying in the parking lot that were parked in the neighboring business next door. There are now 5 vehicles damaged as a result of A to Z’s negligence and poor work performance. They never even asked for anything to move their vehicles or tried to issue a warning. They just started spraying with complete disregard of their surroundings and had no care on the vehicles in the area that could’ve been damaged as a result! We have plenty of pictures that shows all the damage and residue left behind as a result of this businesses piss poor job practice and complete lack of professionalism. We have also filed a police report as a result of these damages. I have tried several times to get ***** ***** to remedy the damage and make it right and he is trying to pretend that it’s not A to Z’s direct fault. He instead is trying to blame “road debris” as the culprit. We have plenty of pictures to share but A to Z needs to fix what they broke is this is 100% their fault and their responsibility due to their negligence and clear unprofessional workmanship. Damage was done and A to Z Asphalt is Responsible to make this right!

      It is my understanding that this issue happened 6-03-25 allegedly.  Today is 6-05-25; I am currently waiting for "****" to bring his car by my office like he told my office manager he would.  I have not yet seen the damage he is stating; let alone agreed to, or denied any liability.  I do have several pictures taken on 6-03-25 and I have some videos as well as to how our preparatory work and material distribution was performed in that particular area of a big commercial project.  We have received numerous compliments about this particular project, not only onsite, but over the phone in the way of estimate requests and 2 signed contracts for future work as of now.  I dispute his claim about our professionalism and workmanship 100%. I feel he may have a personal issue he's trying to resolve in an unprofessional and immature way.

      It is not 6-5-25. I have been to their business site twice now and both times. “*****” is nowhere to be found. I will be going out again to the site on 6-6-25. ***** 100% in email alleged that my vehicle pick up “debris” from the road after I sent him pictures. At no point did he offer to take a look until I showed up at the shipping the first time and spoke with the admin on site. This is personal because I have no less than 5 vehicles of my team members that were damaged by this job and ***** wants to pretend his crew wasn’t responsible. I will again show up by 8am on 6-6 and I will keep showing up until “*****” takes responsibility for his crew and remedies the problems and damage that his business has created for me and my team. I am adding a picture to show I was at the shop again as documented proof so he can’t keep alleging I have made no efforts to try and meet him. The only effort being made so far is from me and my team and nothing so far from ***** and A to Z.

      The business owner and I have come to an agreement and I no longer wish to continue with this complaint. I would like to withdraw my complaint at this time.
