I ordered 3 tickets for Tonight’s Conversation scheduled in Atlanta for 4/12/25, based off the information provided on their website. After reviewing the printed ticket information, I noticed the showing date stated 11/25 instead of 4/12/25. I reached out to the company and received an email basically saying sorry the Atlanta date is 11/22/25 and tickets are still valid . The problem is, we aren’t available in November, I would not have purchased tickets so far in advance. If at time of purchase they new dates on the website were inaccurate, then it should have been reflected on the website, not the printed ticket. You don’t find out about the change until after you open the ticket (so the date wasn’t subjected to change, it was just wrong). I continued to reach out to the company, however no additional response was given. I later received an email stating the date of the event was now 5/31/25 and the website was updated to reflect this change. Again, we are not available on that date. I reached out to the company again but didn’t receive a response. The website does state, dates are subject to change/be rescheduled, under the Covid 19 guidelines. This is not a Covid issue. As far as I’m concerned, this is false advertisement.Initial Complaint

I purchased 2 tickets with this company on 28 Dec 2024. The show was schedule for 29 March 2025 in Houston Texas. I asked customer service for a refund considering both my husband and I were active duty military, but no refunds were honored. Now I receive an email on 15 March about a fall tour and the dates does not reflect the date and location I originally purchased. On 9/03/24 i sent an email to their support email requesting cancellation of any and all subscription services related to my account. I am not able to cancel on the app nor on the website. Their website states to reach out to ******************************* and could take up to 48 hours for a response. I’ve requested cancellation a total of three times and I still haven’t gotten a response. On March 20th we went to the website to purchase the tickets. When we received email notification it stated tickets for a city that was NOT my city, I tried to communicate this to Ace Methaphor support email. No response was ever received. I followed up 4 times I the last 2 weeks and still no response. The event of the tickets stating we purchased came and went! They never refunded the money or moved the tickets. Not responding to your customers inquiries is very disappointing, as these are the same people whose money you take. I would think they could invest in a better system for a better customer experience, instead of just taking the customers money with no exchange in services or products! I purchased two VIP tickets in June 2023 to the Tonight’s Conversation event scheduled for December 1, 2023. They changed to event to December 8, 2023. I contacted them and let them know that my partner wouldnt be able to make it due to the time change. I asked about ONE of my tickets and asked if i could get a refund BUT i no longer had access to my card i used months ago. They went ahead and refunded BOTH tickets to the same card I said i didn’t have access to. So i didnt get to go to the event AND i lost my $225 CAD. There is no way for me to receive the funds because i filed a consumer proposal and my bank takes every refund made to those cards. I want my money back. I purchased a card deck (ONE SINGLE DECK), and they confirmed my order on
Mon, Sep 11, 11:21?AM. Then, at 1:17 PM the same day, they added a card deck to my order against my consent. I emailed them immediately saying that I didn't authorize any additional purcahses or charges. No one is actually behind their customer service email and no one will answer. Hello, on 9/11/2023 I just purchased 2 VIP tickets to the ace metaphor show for 12/2023 in ******** *i.
In drop down I chose Detroit 12/9/23 but after purchase was completed the tickets show *********!?! I did not want tickets for that location. I don’t live in or frequent there. Also, the show would be in 3 days. I immediately tried to reverse purchase, I didn’t work. I reached out by email as that’s all they offered. After some time someone responded stating they could rebook tickets at full price, is that ok. I said no, please cancel if you can’t correct tickets and I’ll repurchase myself using a discount code as well.
The person said they can’t cancel but I can purchase tickets again. I said I will not purchase two sets of VIP tickets. Please help with correcting tickets. After that, I receive no other response from that person.
I went to the founders social media page to chat but once I started my issue there was no longer a response only when I mention customer service and they only provided support email. Please correct purchase. I messaged the super several times. I messaged the person that stopped response king to please provide an update or some sort of assistance. The person asked for order number to assist and has never reached back out. I gave order number and confirmation. Still no response.
At this point I would like a refund or at the least exchange for correct show date.Initial Complaint

I purchased tickets for the tonight’s conversation podcast on June 18 for general admission. Then this past weekend I reached out to the customer service if the company to see if I can upgrade them from general admission to vip. A representative reached out and said yes; however, on sent a link to upgrade one ticket. When I asked for the link to purchase the other ticket I was advised they are sold out. I had to go back spend more money to repurchase a general admission ticket at a higher cost and now I am being refused a refund due to the mistake of the company. I want my money back.
